This is an 18th-century farmhouse located at West Cluden. It is a two-storey and attic, three-bay building constructed of rubble and whitewashed, with contrasting painted ashlar margins. The farmhouse features a central doorway with a fanlight above, and sash windows; the ground floor windows have plate glass, while the first floor windows have 12-pane glazing. Two piended dormers are present in the roof, along with straight skews and end chimney stacks, all covered with graded slates.
