Description
113-115 High Street in Dumfries is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features three bays, with a shop located on the ground floor. The façade is enhanced by late 19th-century flanking pilasters that support a fascia. To the left, there is an iron-gated round-arched pend. The exterior is made of painted coursed rubble with ashlar margins. Originally, there were single windows throughout, but the inner first-floor window has been altered to a bipartite design. The building has plate glass sashes in all windows, an eaves and lintel band, a cornice, end stacks, and a slate roof.
