Description

Later 19th century. Manse with Gothic detailing. 2 storeys, 2

bays. Tall octagonal gatepiers flank original approach to

both church and manse.

Manse: snecked bull-faced red ashlar with polished dressings

and arched window heads; advanced gable right with canted

ground floor window; upper window left with pedimented dormer

head. Door central in 3-bay NE flank. Saw-toothed skews with

gabletted skewputts; end stacks; slate roof.

Gatepiers: 2 large piers built of polished ashlar, low garden

retaining wall with cast-iron railings. War memorial

wrought-iron gates and overthrow.
