Description
Portree Bridge in Portpatrick is a former railway bridge built in the later 19th century. It features three arches made of squared and snecked whinstone. The central span has a full semicircular arch that crosses the road, with the flanking arches terminating at the springing line. The bridge has splayed piers, an impost course, and small brickwork on the voussoirs and soffits. It is topped with a coped parapet.
