Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay near-rectangular plan house with shop at ground (earlier to mid 20th century shopfront). Rendered entrance elevation; sandstone rubble to sides. Deep base course; eaves course; moulded surrounds to 1st floor windows.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: recessed timber and glass entrance door at centre; flanking shop windows; recessed entrance to outer right; fanlight. Mosaic tile fascia dividing ground and 1st floor. Regular fenestration at 1st floor. 2 segmental-pedimented dormers at attic.

Shop windows at ground; plate glass timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; 4-pane timber sash and case windows at attic. Grey slate roof; corniced gablehead stacks.

INTERIOR: original timber shopfront display and lettering; original interior fascial reading 'Wedding, Christening & Birthday Cakes A Specialite'.
