Circa 1898; later alterations; Arts & Crafts lodge. Single storey square plan. Painted roughcast; raised cills.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: advanced bargeboard gabled entrance bay; timber door; 12-pane fanlight; 6-pane lights on returns; 8-pane lights in adjacent bays.

S ELEVATION: corbelled oriel window in right bay; adjacent single window; single bay modern addition at left.

W ELEVATION: blind face.

N ELEVATION: repeat of S face fenestration.

Small-pane casement windows. Piended Rosemary tile roof; deep bracketted eaves; ridge stack.
