Description

Circa 1815. Pair of 2-storey and basement 2-bay classical, terraced houses. Cream droved ashlar sandstone with polished dressings; rusticated at ground floor with base course and band course above; cill course to 1st floor; cornice and blocking course. Regular fenestration; fluted aprons to 1st floor windows. Steps to deep-set pannelled doors to inner bays; rectangular fanlights.

3-bay basements with doors at centre.

Plate glass timber sash and case glazing. Grey slates.

STEPS AND RAILINGS: ashlar steps and saddleback base for cast-iron spearhead railings.
