Warehouse, 50, 51 Timber Bush, Leith, Edinburgh

This building is a warehouse located at 50-51 Timber Bush in Leith, Edinburgh, dating from the later 19th century. It is a four-storey, four-bay asymmetrically gabled structure that has been converted into offices. The exterior features cream sandstone, squared and snecked rubble with stugged dressings, and includes chamfered reveals for the pend, doorway, and loading doors.

On the northeast (front) elevation, there is a broad gabled facade facing the street. To the left of center, there is a segmental-arched pend, with segmental-arched loading doors on the first and second floors. The third floor has a loading door with a modern hinged loading platform and a boxed-in timber pulley at the gablehead. A doorway is located to the outer right, with single windows above and in the remaining bays.

The southeast elevation includes a recessed corner bay on the outer left, with single windows in the next bay and a Velux rooflight. The northwest elevation is blank, featuring coursed rubble on the lower part of the wall, which may have been heightened, along with Velux rooflights.

The building has modern small-pane timber casement windows and a slate roof, with an additional Velux rooflight. Inside, there are cast-iron columns and timber floor construction.
