Description

Later 19th century. 4-storey, 4-bay asymmetrically gabled warehouse, now converted to offices. Cream sandstone, squared and snecked rubble with stugged dressings. Chamfered reveals to pend, doorway and loading doors.

NE (FRONT) ELEVATION: broad, gabled elevation to street. Segmental-arched pend to left of centre; segmental-arched loading doors at 1st and 2nd floor; 3rd floor loading door with modern hinged loading platform and boxed-in timber pulley to gablehead. Doorway to outer right; single windows above. Single windows to remaining bays.

SE ELEVATION: recessed corner bay to outer left; single windows to next bay. Velux rooflight.

NW ELEVATION: blank; coursed rubble to lower part of wall (heightened?). Velux rooflights.

Modern small-pane timber casement windows. Slate roof; velux rooflight (see above).

INTERIOR: cast-iron columns and timber floor construction.
