Description

Cairn Lodge is a 2-storey villa built around 1923, designed in the style of J Dick Peddie. It features a piend roof and has a symmetrical three-bay front with a central entrance bay that is pedimented. The ground floor windows are canted and balustraded. The villa is painted and has contrasting stone dressings and quoins, small-paned sash windows, and a slate roof, which includes two modern rooflights at the front. The building also has paired stacks.
