Description

Circa 1820. 3-storey, 5-bay, plain classical tenement of flats. Droved ashlar, rubble to rear. Basecourse, band course, cill courses to upper storeys, eaves course and blocking course. Regularly fenestrated. Timber panelled door with plate glass fanlight in corniced and pilastered doorpiece to centre. Slightly recessed bay to outer right with timber panelled door and plate glass fanlight.

Gabled grey slate roof. Ashlar coped skews. Corniced stacks, circular cans. 2-pane glazing to sash and case windows at 1st floor. Non-traditional glazing elsewhere.
