T And Jw Neilson Ltd is a former stable building, constructed in 1877 by R Thornton Shiells & Thomson. It is a two-storey and attic structure that has been converted into offices and a showroom. The building features polychrome red brick with yellow brick dressings and segmental-headed windows.

On the south elevation, there are three bays with windows in each bay, and a half-window at the gablehead. The decorative stepped Dutch gable includes a pendant corbel table and a lion at the apex, with corner pilasters that support pinnacle stacks.

The east elevation has twelve bays, with full or half-windows in most bays. A garage door has been inserted in the center, along with a glazed former door and a hoist above. There have been considerable alterations to the openings on this side.

The north elevation features a projecting shed at the ground level and three adjoining blocked half-windows on the first floor.

The building has timber sash and case plate glass windows, grey slate roofing, ashlar coped skews, Velux rooflights, and brick stacks with octagonal cans.
