Description
43, 45, 47 South Clerk Street is a three-storey, astylar classic flatted block built between 1851 and 1852. It features a nine-window façade, with the ground floor designed as shops on either side of a central rusticated doorpiece. The first-floor windows are architraved and corniced, with consoled cills that break forward from the cill course. The building is topped with a cornice and a plain parapet, showcasing high-quality execution and detail.
