Circa 1871. 4-storey ashlar astylar tenement block with

ground floor shops, canted bay corner answering that of

nos 2-10, 3 canted bays at 4, 3 and 2-window intervals

on continuous advanced podium of ground floor shops with

dentilled cornices to South Clerk Street, architraved

windows with cornices at 1st; 4-window and canted bay to

Hope Park Terrace, plain ashlar, slated roofs.
