Description

Circa 1863. 4-storey ashlar astylar tenement block with

ground floor shops, 9-window frontage to South Clerk

Street with scrolled double chimney head over blind S bay,

canted bay treatment of corner 2-window and canted bay to

Hope Park Terrace. Dentilled cornice at ground floor,

architraved window with cornices at 1st, 3rd floor cill

course, plain entablature and cornice at top, slated roof.
