This building, located at 28, 30, and 32 South Clerk Street in Edinburgh, dates from around 1871. It is a four-storey tenement block constructed from ashlar stone and does not feature a specific architectural style. The ground floor includes shops, and there is a canted bay corner that aligns with the adjacent buildings at nos 2-10. The upper floors display three canted bays arranged in intervals of four, three, and two windows, all set on a continuous advanced podium of ground floor shops. The building features dentilled cornices along South Clerk Street and architraved windows with cornices on the first floor. The façade facing Hope Park Terrace has four windows and a canted bay, and the roofs are slated.
