4, 6 and 8 Easter Road in Edinburgh is a three-storey, four-bay tenement built in 1879. It features a balustraded parapet and a dated aedicule, with modern shops occupying the ground floor. The building is constructed of coursed ashlar and has cill courses on the first and second floors. It includes an eaves cornice and a parapet that is solid in the center, adorned with square-section balusters. The windows have chamfered surrounds and triangular pediments on the first floor, with bipartite windows in the slightly advanced outer bays.

The central three-bay section is slightly advanced and includes a decorative wrought-iron balcony on the first floor, along with a pedimented panel dated 1879, which is flanked by scrolls above the parapet. The sash and case windows predominantly feature plate glass. The roof is piended and covered with grey slate, and there are coped stacks with some clay cans.
