Description

  1. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement with balustraded parapet and dated aedicule; modern shops to ground floor. Coursed ashar. Cill courses to 1st and 2nd floors; eaves cornice and parapet (solid to centre) with square-section balusters. Chamfered surrounds to windows; triangular pediments to 1st floor; bipartite windows in slightly advanced outer bays. Slightly advanced 3-bay section to centre with decorative wrought-iron balcony to 1st floor and pedimented panel, dated 1879, flanked by scrolls above parapet.

Predominantly plate glass in sash and case windows. Grey slate to piended roof. Coped stacks with some clay cans.
