Description

Mid 19th century, with later additions. 4-storey 2-bay and attic shop. Polished cream sandstone ashlar. Upper floors framed by channelled pilasters and cornices. Modern shopfront at ground. 1st and 2nd floors with single projecting timber bay window with quadrant ends; bipartite at centre, Corinthian pilasters. 3rd floor with pair of architraved bipartite windows; cornice and panelled parapet interrupted by pair of wallhead dormers with segmental-headed pediments. Urn finials to parapet.

UPVC tilt and turn windows. Mansard roof, grey slates.

INTERIOR: modern retail premises at ground.
