Description

The sundial in Brighton Park, Edinburgh, dates back to the 18th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is made of cubic ashlar stone and features two steps leading up to the pedestal. The sundial has a moulded base and battered coping, topped with a later thistle finial. There are no surviving gnomons.
