Description
4 Lasswade Road is a late 18th century single-storey cottage featuring three bays. The building is constructed from whitewashed rubble sandstone with boulder footings and droved dressings.
The east elevation has three widely spaced bays, with a central doorway that has a modern timber door. There are single windows on either side of the doorway. To the outer right, there is a modern warehouse that is not included in the listing.
The interior was not seen in 1999. The cottage has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, coped gablehead stacks, and prominent skews.
