135 And 137 Rose Street, 133A, Edinburgh

135 and 137 Rose Street, along with 133A, is a later 18th century tenement building that has undergone some alterations. It stands three stories high with an attic and features four bays on a corner site. The ground floor includes a shop and a bar, which flank a common stair door. The exterior is made of coursed rubble, and there is a full-width slate-hung box dormer. The return gable has been rebuilt and rendered at the center, featuring a small stack, and there is a small two-storey single bay wing to the north. The windows are timber sash and case, with 12 panes and plate glass. The roof is covered with grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
