Description

Circa 1790; later alterations. 3-storey and mansard attic, 3-bay corner block with public bar at ground. Coursed rubble. At ground, 5-bay plate glass bar with slender Corinthian columns, dentilled cornice, door at centre. Return gable with 3 bays displaced to left and bar to right; common stair door at centre. Irregular broad 2-bay wing to S with commercial premises at ground.

Timber sash and case plate glass and 12-pane windows; modern replacements at 1st floor to front. Ashlar coped skews; stone stacks; grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.
