Description
24-30 West Nicolson Street is a later 18th century tenement block that stands four storeys tall with an attic and features five windows across its façade. The building is constructed of droved ashlar stone, with quoin ends and a droved treatment on the ground floor that includes an anta order and paired central architraved doorpieces. Above, there are five neat gabled timber dormers that are centered on the windows below. The roof is slated, and the building retains its original glazing throughout.
