1 West Nicolson Street in Edinburgh is a four-storey corner tenement built around 1770-1780. The building features a stuccoed exterior with a four-bay elevation facing Nicolson Street. The ground and first floors have been altered for use as shops. On the West Nicolson Street side, there is a three-bay gable and a two-bay wing, with a Gibbs surround framing the doorpiece.
