Description

Pear Tree, located at 34, 36, and 38 West Nicolson Street in Edinburgh, is a building dating from 1756. It is a two-storey structure with an attic and basement, featuring five windows and constructed from squared rubble. The building has an architraved doorpiece with triple key-blocks and a central wall-head gable adorned with a pediment and scroll-skews. The gable is stuccoed and exhibits Tudorish detailing. The property now serves as offices and a warehouse, and it includes a forecourt.
