Finnartmore, Shore Road, Cove And Kilcreggan

Finnartmore is a villa built after 1865, featuring two stories and three bays with a gabled design. The structure is made of whinstone and sandstone rubble, finished with harl-pointing, and includes rusticated sandstone margins and dressings, chamfered reveals, bull-faced rusticated quoins, and a base course.

On the southwest elevation, there is a broad gable on the outer left and a full-height bow with a slightly battered base. To the right, a gabled, bargeboarded porch is located in the re-entrant angle, with a door on the right return and a small window above. A tripartite window is positioned at the ground level to the right, with a round-headed window above it, and the gable breaks the eaves above.

The southeast elevation features an asymmetrical M-gable with a service block on the outer right and a canted window at ground level on the left. The villa has plate glass timber sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and coped polygonal apex stacks with tall octagonal ashlar cans, along with two sets of paired stacks.
