Description

This early 19th century villa at 82-84 Clyde Street East in Helensburgh is a two-storey, three-bay building featuring a classical doorcase. The exterior is harled with plain margins, an eaves and lintel course, and a quoin strip.

On the north elevation facing Clyde Street East, there is a pilastered and pedimented doorcase at the center, flanked by a window on each side. Above, three windows are symmetrically arranged. The windows are four-pane sash and case, with modern replacements at the ground level. The roof is covered with grey slate and features ashlar coped skew and a coped gable stack on the left.
