Description
3 Craigendoran Avenue is a two-storey, two-bay villa built in 1897. It is constructed from cream snecked bull-faced sandstone with ashlar dressings. The villa features ashlar mullioned windows and bargeboarded eaves.
The entrance elevation facing Craigendoran Avenue has a corniced doorway on the right, which includes an ashlar margin and fanlit two-leaf boarded doors, along with a modern glazed vestibule door. There is a window with an ashlar margin on the first floor. To the left, there is a taller gabled bay that has a full-height window bay, with the lights arranged in a 1-3-1 pattern, and a piended slate roof.
The villa has modern windows, a grey slate roof, a rendered stack, and original rainwater goods.
