Description

Early 20th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house. White-painted harl with painted ashlar margins and dressings.

Projecting eaves, exposed rafters; raised cills.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3 symmetrical bays. Door at centre with flanking canted windows, bridged at centre by timber porch canopy and united by half-piend, slate roof. Windows symmetrically disposed at 1st floor, single window at centre, tripartite windows to outer left and right.

W ELEVATION: wallhead stack at centre; windows symmetrically disposed to outer left, blank to right. Small, half-piend, porch-door at re-entrant angle, boarded with 3-pane upper light.

6-pane over plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate piend and platformed roof; tall, harled and sandstone coped wallhead stacks; round terracotta cans.

BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: low rubble wall with ashlar slab coping, stepped to W, with arrowhead railings.
