Description
The walled garden at Baldovan House dates from the early 19th century. It features rubble walls with rebated flat coping, which are droved at the edges. The walls step down at the east and west with single concave steps, while the north wall has a crenellated effect above the former glasshouses. There are two original entrances on the north side and one on the south side, each with droved quoins and margins that include shouldered lintels. The entrances also have 'relieving quoins' flanked by lintel stones that are set slightly above. Additionally, there are two modern openings.
