Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, terraced L-plan house, rendered to front, harled to rear, plain margins.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 19th century shopfront at ground, 6-bays, 2 windows to centre, doorways flanking that to right now blocked as window, windows flanking, plate glass, lined render at 1st floor, symmetrical fenestration, 2 canted and piended dormers above.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 122-126 Murray Street.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 108/110 Murray Street to left with pend at ground, 2-bay W wing to right, T-plan forestair, boarded doorway beneath stair to left, entrance door at 1st above, window at ground and 1st to right, later flat-roof attic storey above.

W ELEVATION: blank gable end of W wing to right, 2 bays of front block to left, blocked window at ground to left , window above, forestair to right, boarded door at 1st, flat-roof attic storey above.

Variety of replacement windows. Grey slate roof, broad brick gablehead stack on party wall to N.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
