Description
No. 50 Auchmithie is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the late 18th or early 19th century. It is located to the east of a row of three cottages, of which the other two have been altered. The cottages are stepped to follow the slope, with their entrances facing the sea. The cottage features white-painted harl, with a central entrance bay that has a modern door. This bay is flanked by single window openings, each with fixed six-pane glazing. The roof is slate, with masonry skews and a felt ridge. There is a modern rubble and concrete ramp addition at the left-hand bay leading to the door.
