Description
No. 5 Bolton Street is a cottage built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from watershot coursed sandstone and features a stone slate roof. The building has a single-depth, two-bay plan and stands two storeys high with a symmetrical façade. The central doorway has a plain surround, flanked by two stepped triple-light windows on each floor. The rear of the cottage has matching windows. The interior has been altered, and a modern addition at the left end is not included in the listing.
