125B and 127 Bridge Street in Montrose is an early 19th-century, three-storey, three-bay house that forms part of an irregular terrace. The front is finished in sandstone ashlar, while the rear is rendered.

The principal elevation is symmetrical, featuring a central door at ground level with a narrow rectangular fanlight above. There are windows centered above the door on the first and second floors, with smaller windows in the second-floor bays flanking the central section. The south elevation adjoins properties 129 and 131 Bridge Street, while the north elevation presents a gable end in a close.

At the rear, the east elevation of 125 features a forestair leading to the entrance on a raised ground floor. The building predominantly has timber sash and case windows with plate glass, although there are modern windows on the second floor. The roof is pitched and covered with grey slate, with stone skews and skewputts. A tall brick chimney stack rises from the north gable, while the south chimney has been lowered and capped.
