Description

Early 19th century, reconstructed circa 1860. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement in irregular terrace. Sandstone, stugged, squared and snecked and part ashlar to front, rubble and part render to rear.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Window to centre at ground in slightly advanced bay with 2 windows at 1st floor and raised wallhead gable with chimney and stone-mullioned bipartite. Flanking bays with doors flanking centre and windows at ground and 1st floors in outer bays. Canted dormer above.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 99-101 Bridge Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 115-117 Bridge Street.

E ELEVATION: bowed stair tower to centre with tall window and single window at attic level, door to left at ground. Single bay to left, wall with part brick infill, single bay to right.
