Description

The Rectory is a circa 1866 building, potentially designed by Ramage, located at 68 North Deeside Road, Kincardine O'Neil. It is a two-storey, L-shaped building with a harled exterior and margins. The eaves are barge-boarded. In 2006, the building was re-categorised to Group (C(S)) status due to its significance within a group of buildings. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the property, as appropriate for its type. Contract details were not advertised with the church, and relevant minutes are unavailable before 1894.
