Description

25 High Street in Pittulie is a mid-19th century cottage that is a single storey with a dormerless attic and features three bays. There is a modern gabled single storey, two-bay wing that projects from the center bay, creating a T-plan layout. The exterior is harled, with the entrance located in the re-entrant angle. The south gable facing the street has a ground floor window and a small attic window, both with four-pane glazing, while the modern wing has two-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a roof covered in red concrete tiles. Additionally, there is a flat-roofed addition at the north gable, which faces the sea.
