12 High Street, Pittulie

12 High Street, Pittulie is a cottage dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has a gable end facing the street. The cottage features three bays and includes a continuous single-storey, two-bay extension at the south gable. The exterior is constructed of heavily pointed rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The central entrance is obscured by a later harled porch that has a front window, a side entrance, and a corrugated asbestos roof. There are two later piended dormers located in the outer bays, and a single window on the street-facing gable, with mainly four-pane glazing. The building has end and ridge stacks, with asbestos tiles on the main cottage roof and concrete tiles on the extension.
