Description
27 High Street in Pittulie is an early 19th-century single-storey cottage situated on a sloping site. The cottage features a raised basement entrance located at the north (seaward) gable and a south gable facing the street. It is constructed from heavily pointed rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The east elevation has a central entrance, while the west elevation includes windows in the outer bays and a very small window in the center. There is also a single window in both the north and south gables. Some windows retain their original 12-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a roof made of corrugated asbestos.
