Description
Mid 19th century with later addition. Single storey, 3-bay gardener's cottage adjacent to walled garden with further bay added to S. Squared and coursed whinstone rubble, harled, with Turriff sandstone margins, sturdy stone mullions to bipartites.
E ELEVATION: 3-bay cottage with door at centre; 6-panelled door, with glazed upper panels. Bipartites flanking with 8-pane sash and case glazing. Wide additional bay with window to outer left, 4-pane glazing pattern. Window to N gable.
Grey slates, overhanging, slightly swept eaves. Shouldered ashlar diamond stacks to 3-bay cottage; finial to S gable.
