Description
13 Boyndie Street in Banff is a former factory building dating from the mid-18th century. It is a three-storey, eight-bay structure that has undergone significant alterations. The exterior is harled, and the ground floor features a modern enlarged entrance and updated window designs. The first floor has regular windows, although two of them are blocked. The second floor contains four small square windows and two larger openings on the left side. The glazing varies, with some metal-framed windows featuring original 4-pane and 8-pane designs. At the rear, there is a modern wing supported by concrete stilts, which has a plain return gable facing Kingswell Lane and includes two modern windows. The building has a single coped end stack and a roof covered with concrete tiles.
