This is a one-and-a-half storey, three-bay farmhouse facing south. The building appears to date from between 1820 and 1839, though a building is depicted on an Ordnance Survey map of 1834. It was likely raised or rebuilt in the later 19th or early 20th century. The roof is gabled and covered in natural slates, with four evenly spaced cement-rendered chimneys. There are three gabled dormers to the front facade, featuring pinnacled fretted bargeboards, and a slated modern extension to the rear. The walls are cement-rendered. The south elevation has an off-centre porch towards the right end of the middle bay, rendered and decorated with pebbles. Each bay features a 2/2 sliding sash window to both the ground and first floors, arranged in a straight line. A modern front door and a rear extension have altered the original character of the farmhouse.
