This is a three-bay, two-storey house with a single-storey rear return, built between 1900 and 1919, and located on Carrigenagh Road in Kilkeel, County Down. The house is of relatively late date and has no outstanding architectural features. The north-facing front has a gabled roof covered in natural slate, with a small bargeboard at the centre of the façade and two brick chimneys integrated into a party wall on either side of the central bay. Metal rainwater goods are also present. The walls are finished with a dashed texture, painted with smooth cement detailing around the windows, door, and corners. The north elevation features a projecting central bay beneath an eaves gable, containing a central door, a window above, and a datestone showing the year 1907 in the gable. There are two windows to both the left and right bays on each floor. The west gable is plain. A rear return abuts the centre and right bays; the left bay has a modern door and window to the left, with a single window on the first floor. The return itself has two windows and a central door on its front elevation. The property includes an original wrought iron gate and a rubble wall enclosing a small front garden. A rear return is depicted on an Ordnance Survey map of 1834, indicating the main house was added in 1907.
