One and half storey/ two-bay house, south facing with rear elevation to Killowen Road. Pitched natural slate roof with brick eaves course and tiled skews, a cast iron skylight to facade and three gabled dormers to rear (each with decorative timber bargeboards). There is a cement rendered concrete-coped chimney to each gable. No rainwater goods. Walls are coloured lime wet-dash with a raised eaves course. Principal façade faces into yard. There is a central modern door and two window openings to facade, once containing sliding sashes. Left gable has two small modern top-hung timber windows on either side of chimney breast at attic level. Rear elevation has two small windows: that to left bay is 1/1 sliding sash and that to right bay is 4/2 sliding sash. At first floor are three two-paned casement windows, one to each dormer. No evidence of any entrance to this elevation. Right gable has a modern top-hung casement window to attic floor. Now set within a modern farmyard.
