This is a single-storey, three-bay house situated on the north side of Killowen Road, facing south. The house was likely constructed between 1900 and 1919, as it is not depicted on the 1901 Ordnance Survey map. It has a pitched natural slate roof with a tiled verge to the right gable and flush eaves to the left. Half round rainwater goods are present. The walls are finished with a lined cement render. A single-storey, gabled porch is positioned to the right side of the central bay on the front elevation. This porch has a pitched natural slate roof with a plain, painted timber bargeboard; it features a modern varnished timber door on the left side and a 2/2 sliding sash window (with horns) on the gable, with the right side blank. To the front elevation, each bay contains a 3/3 sliding sash window with concrete cills. Both left and right gables have no openings. The rear elevation is also cement rendered and features a gabled return to the central bay, with a later mono-pitched return to the left. The remaining section of the wall to the right bay incorporates a window matching those on the front facade. The left return projects beyond the gable and has cement rendered walls, along with a 3/3 sliding sash on the rear wall and a modern glazed timber door on the right cheek, with the left cheek blank. The building is of vernacular character.
