One and a half storey/ three bay house in mature garden, facing south on north side of Upper Damolly Road Pitched artificial slate roof with wet dashed chimney to each gable. Overhanging eaves have modern timber bargeboards and eaves fascia. Half-round plastic gutters. All walls are cement dashed with smooth base course. Porch projects from middle bay of facade elevation. It has a pitched natural slate roof which ties into main roof. Door on right cheek of porch is modern. All windows to façade are 6/6 top-hung plastic, with granite cills. There is one to ground floor and one to first floor of porch gable, and two identical windows to each side bay at ground floor. Right and left gables have two large modern plastic casement windows at upper floor level. Rear elevation has two windows as façade to left bay. Plastic door and plastic tripartite window to right bay. At first floor, over door, is a semicircular-headed plastic window. To its right is a small plastic casement window. Setting The house sits within a mature planting of lawns, trees and shrubs, all enclosed by a modern wet-dashed wall.
