This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two-storey three-bay farmhouse with single storey return and outbuildings at rear and side. Single storey flat roofed porch projects from centre bay with painted panelled painted timber door with square-headed fanlight and sidelights. Painted smooth render finish with quoins. Drip mounds to chamfered window opes terminating in moulded leaf corbels. Exposed rafter and purloin ends; remains of timber bargeboard to one gable. Red brick chimneys to gable walls. uPVC windows and RWGs. Natural slate roof.
