This is a two-storey terrace of varying heights, located at 1/3 Knockduff Road, Jerrettspass, Newry, County Down. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey due to it not being considered worthy of a full survey. Number 3 in the terrace has rough cast walling, granite cills, and a pitched natural slate roof. It features an open porch supported by moulded timber brackets, and a single, original double-hung 2/2 timber sash window remains above the porch; the other windows are uPVC casements. Number 1 is a complete renovation. The building has no listed architectural or historical interest and is not subject to a listing. Its former and current use is as a house.
