Description

This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two storey five bay dwelling with two storey rear return. UPVC casement windows and cast iron RWGs. Natural slate roof with raised verges and red brick chimneys to gables. Smooth render walling with raised quoins. Segmental arched opening (now window) to left of central entrance door.
