This is a two-storey, five-bay dwelling with a two-storey rear return, currently used as a house and formerly used as a house. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. The building has UPVC casement windows and cast iron rainwater goods. The roof is natural slate with raised verges, and there are red brick chimneys on the gables. The walls are smooth render with raised quoins. A segmental arched opening, now a window, is located to the left of the central entrance door.
