A 3 bay wide, 1½ storey semi detached terrace cottage, stone built, gabled. The street elevation consists of a central framed door with shallow plain fanlight, on each side 2 pane double hung sliding sash windows. The front wall is faced with ashlar sandstone, ½ round gutter, single downpipe, gutter stops against a moulded small sandstone kneeler against which sandstone bargestones stop. Roof natural slates, stone chimney stacks at each end of ridge. Forms a semi-detached pair. Unfortunately the other part has had its walls smooth rendered and painted. The gable wall has an arched double hung sliding sash window lighting the attic. 3 steps ascend to front door and the windows have painted cills.
