This is a late 19th-century farmhouse, modernised in the 1970s and 1990s. It is a two-story, three-bay wide house with a projecting gabled front porch. The roof is slated and gabled, featuring gable stacks. The front elevation, facing Glenedra Road, has a recent gabled porch with a hardwood door and glazed screen, centrally positioned. Flanking the porch are two four-pane windows with top-hung opening lights. The first floor has two similar windows alongside a nine-pane window with a top-hung opening light. The walls are roughcast rendered, with a smooth rendered plinth and a narrow smooth band highlighting the quoins. A lean-to shed with gable wall treatment similar to the house is attached to one gable. The roof is covered in asbestos slates, and there are white PVC gutters and downpipes. Two small chimneys are present on each gable. The rear elevation is four bays wide, with a door and three modern windows on the ground floor, and three narrower windows above. The house is set back 12 metres from the road verge.

The property was not shown on the 1830 Ordnance Survey map, but does appear on a revised version of the 1830 Ordnance Survey map from 1905, suggesting a likely construction date around the 1880s.
